About the Peas

Welcome to the written adventures of three girls, in three dietetic internships, across three different states. The story of the three pea stew began when we all were accepted to highly coveted, extremely competitive and utterly necessary dietetic internships. In our excitement and utter joy we spent many days discussing our incredulity and sheer luck. Then reality set in... we would be leaving each other. Stephanie, the genius, came up with the brilliant idea of starting and keeping a blog, authored by the three of us as a way to document our internship journey, airing our frustrations, sharing our hilarious patient encounters and most importantly, keeping in touch. 

All three of us attended the same school for our bachelor's degree and have now had the privilege of working together. There is nothing in the world like sharing a job with someone you click with, laugh with, make fun of, aspire to be like, and generally just... love. It's something we are all going to miss dearly.

To all those who are still here after reading all that.... we hope you stay longer. This blog is our effort to share with the blogging world what dietetic internships are like. We may rant, we may laugh, we may cry...a lot, but we hope that you'll stick around to share this journey with us. Now... You can meet the peas!
